Students are rightly the focus of school communities, but without parents and teachers, they cannot reach their full potential.

By supporting teachers, parents and curriculum leaders, my hope is to help the different members of a school community build trust and connection. When we feel safe, we are much more likely to reach out, stay open, take risks and work together.
