Join us on the last Tuesday of every month for a chance to meet up with parents/carers looking for community and support in dealing with issues like:
The challenge of attending to your child’s needs as well as their own
The challenge of coparenting with a spouse or an ex
Accepting changes in the world that are a reality but also a major challenge to parenting
The need to say no when all anyone wants to hear is yes
Finding time for yourself without feeling selfish
Supporting teens who are living abroad
Supporting teens who are adjusting to college life
Each month we will focus on a different topic and share experiences and advice and support each other
Cost: 100 HKD (to cover the cost of drinks and snacks)
Where: Wong Chuk Hang
Time: 9am, on the last Tuesday of every month
Who is welcome: Any parent or carer of a teen
Join us on the first Thursday of every month for a chance to stretch your legs, enjoy some fresh air and connect with others. The group is open to anyone who is kind, respectful, willing to listening and meet new people.
When: The first Thursday is an every month from 9am to 10am
Where: @ The entrance to Central Ferry Pier, no. 4
What you'll need: water, sunscreen and comfortable walking shoes
Who can join: All are welcome

Join our workshop if you are new to Hong Kong and you and/or your family are feeling excited, terrified, confused and overwhelmed by the experience.

How you can manage this right now
What you can expect in the next few months
Although it is very normal to feel a range of emotions as you settle in to Hong Kong, this is not a process you have to go through on your own. So join us:

Who is welcome: Adults new to Hong Kong (18 years old and upwards)
